The Membership period runs January 1st to December 31st. New memberships received after September will cover the rest of the current year and the entirety of the next year.

We are using Givebutter for payment processing, tracking, and customer relationship management. They are 100% focused on supporting non-profit organizations, and keep their costs low to us. This allows us to:
- Provide the option for automatic yearly renewal which you might prefer to receiving our annual reminder notices
- Provide more payment options than just paypal – direct credit card, google or apple pay, ACH, even Donor Advised Funds for one time payments
- Deliver automatic receipts with tax information to your inbox
- Allow you to cover our credit card processing fees – AS AN OPTION – feel free to click “CHANGE” and remove that from your side of the transaction, we will cover it. We appreciate you either way!
